Further Education is for everyone who wants to learn a new skill, improve their language, literacy or digital skills, get a recognised qualification, change career or re-enter the labour market or become more active in their community. We have Further Education and Training Centres of Excellence throughout Co Kildare (click here for brochure) offering a wide range of courses: certified and uncertified; full-time and part-time; daytime and evening.
In our Further Education and Training Centres learning happens in a friendly, professional, learner centred environment with a suite of supports to help you progress along the learning pathways. These supports include reading, writing and maths, language, guidance, counselling, mentoring, IT device loan scheme, book loan scheme amongst others.
